Production / Shipping & Receiving Associate

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
$20.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience

A growing manufacturing company in Orland Park is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production / Shipping & Receiving Associate to join their team. This position will split responsibilities between the production area and shipping/receiving department. Forklift experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with shipping and receiving operations
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products
• Set up forms for commercial baking stones
• Pour and smooth concrete into molds
• Move baking stones through various stages of production
• Perform quality checks and maintain production standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support team members as needed throughout the facility

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day
• Participate in team lifts for heavier materials
• Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Work in a dusty and physically demanding manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Excellent reliability, attendance, and dependability are essential
• Onsite interview 
• No background or drug test required
