Temporary Customer Service Representative

Location: North Charleston, SC
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Out at 1:30 PM on Wednesdays)
Pay: $17.00/hour

A financial services company is seeking a professional and customer-focused Temporary Customer Service Representative. This assignment could last a few weeks or several months based on business needs. Candidates who perform well may have the opportunity to remain with the company.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
• Take payments over the phone
• Process credit applications and perform data entry
• Prepare mailings and collection letters
• File and maintain records
• Provide general administrative support
