Job Description:

Express Employment is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Ship Station Operator (Pick Line Associates) to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for processing and preparing paperwork for outbound shipments, assisting with LTL orders and purchase orders (POs), and supporting general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shipping environment. This position is Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM, starting out at $16 an hour. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process paperwork for shipping orders

• Handle LTL shipments and assist with processing POs

• Work alongside the shipping department to verify and prepare outbound shipments

• Operate an RF scanner to accurately enter and remove stock from the system

• Assist on the pick line as needed to fulfill orders

• Maintain organization and accuracy in all shipping and warehouse tasks

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or distribution preferred

• Experience with RF scanners required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Team-oriented with good communication skills

• Basic computer and data entry skills
