Position Summary

As a Staffing Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates while developing strong relationships with clients. You'll manage the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring both clients and associates receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for a variety of positions.
Source talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Match qualified candidates with client staffing needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
Perform reference checks and employment verifications.
Monitor employee performance and follow up with clients and associates.
Manage multiple job orders and recruiting priorities simultaneously.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Assist with business development and client retention initiatives.
Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
