Field Service Technician
Location: North Huntingdon, PA
Pay: Low $30s/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join a growing service team in the North Huntingdon area. This role is ideal for a mechanically skilled professional who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and providing hands-on support directly to customers. The technician will service and repair industrial equipment while building strong customer relationships through dependable service and technical expertise.

Responsibilities of the Field Service Technician:

• Travel to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently
• Perform preventative maintenance to help reduce equipment downtime
• Provide excellent customer service as the main point of contact in the field
• Educate customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance
• Recommend parts and services when needed
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Operate company vehicles, including truck and trailer, for service and equipment transportation

Requirements of the Field Service Technician:

• Previous mechanical repair or field service experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with industrial equipment preferred
• Diesel, hydraulic, or electrical experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required with ability to operate company vehicles
• Comfortable working independently at customer locations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to safely handle physical demands of the position
