Location: Bergen County, NJ
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Field Helper to assist with the installation and repair of residential and commercial garage doors. This is a full-time position with on-the-job training provided. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, and enjoys working with their hands.

Responsibilities

• Assist with garage door installations and repairs.
• Safely use hand and power tools.
• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites.
• Complete job-related paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide excellent customer service while working on-site.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of construction or related experience preferred.
• Good mechanical skills.
• Ability to safely lift up to 80 lbs. with a partner.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable with excellent attendance.
