Express Employment is looking for a Marketing/Sales Representative 

Pay: $30 - $35/hour

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm, work hours may vary

Location: Chico, CA

Job Description:

• Analyze customer sales data, profitability, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Create, maintain, and distribute recurring reports on sales, marketing, and customer performance
• Assess the performance of marketing campaigns, promotional efforts, and digital advertising across platforms such as Instacart, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Amazon, Walmart, and other retail partners
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports with actionable insights and recommendations for management
• Support sales forecasting, promotional planning, pricing evaluations, and customer business review meetings
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to identify strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize marketing return on investment
• Assist with trade shows, customer presentations, product launches, and other sales and marketing activities
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and maintain data integrity across multiple reporting systems
• Recommend process improvements and develop reporting tools that enhance efficiency and support informed decision-making
• Complete additional analyses, projects, and other assigned responsibilities as needed

Skills, Knowledge, Requirement, and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline preferred
• 2–5 years of current experience in sales analysis, marketing analytics, retail, consumer products, or a similar field
• 2-5 years of current experience in Accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and data management functions
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities with the capability to interpret data and present valuable business insights
• Knowledge of retail mathematics, sales performance measurement, and promotional analysis
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform effectively with minimal supervision
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly
• Ability to collaborate across departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, or food manufacturing
