Summer Laborer – Apartment Make Ready / Property Maintenance Worker
Pay: Up to $16.00/hour

As a Summer Laborer, you will assist with apartment turnover projects, preparing units for move-in and helping property teams complete seasonal maintenance projects.

 

Job Duties:

• Prepare apartments for new tenants (apartment turnover/make-ready work)

• Remove trash, debris, and unwanted materials from units

• Move, assemble, and install furniture

• Perform basic painting, touch-ups, and patching

• Complete minor maintenance tasks and repairs

• Install fixtures, hardware, and apartment accessories

• Assist with cleaning and organizing vacant units

• Perform general labor and property upkeep tasks

• Help maintenance teams complete summer improvement projects

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Previous experience in general labor, construction, maintenance, moving, or property services

• Ability to use basic hand tools

• Comfortable lifting, carrying, and moving furniture and materials

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Ability to work outdoors and in various conditions when needed

• Willingness to learn and take direction
