Salary: $18 - $24/hour

Express Employment Professionals is hiring 1st & 2nd shift General Labor/Powder Coating Associates for our client, a well-established machine and welding shop located in Belleville, WI.

Job Responsibilities:

• Shot blasting metal components to prepare surfaces for coating
• Hanging parts on racks for the powder coating process
• Applying powder coating to fabricated and machined parts
• Monitoring the coating and curing process to ensure quality finishes
• Inspecting completed parts for proper coverage and appearance
• Packaging finished products for shipment
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Following all quality standards and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing or production experience required
• Powder coating experience preferred
• Experience in a machine shop, welding shop, or metal fabrication environment is a plus
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work well as part of a team

Pay: $18 - $25/hr, depending on experience

Schedule:

• 1st Shift - Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift - Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
