Locally owned residential and commercial cleaning company is looking for experienced Cleaning Technicians with excellent attention to detail and a record of reliability.


Company is based out of Canton - will be travelling to job sites within Boston/South Shore.
Pay is $18-22/hour, DOE. 1st shift.

 

What you'll do:
• Core cleaning — clean residential and commercial spaces to our standard and each site’s scope — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restrooms, kitchens, glass, trash, and detail work.
• Deep cleans & specialty — move-out, pre-listing, and post-construction jobs as assigned.
• Follow the scope — work from site checklists and finish to a listing-ready standard.
• Equipment & safety — safe use of products and equipment (vacuums, light floor machines, HEPA units); wear required PPE.
• Professionalism — carry keys/access responsibly, respect client property, and be courteous in clients’ homes.
• Reliability & documentation — show up on time, follow the schedule/route, and log work including before/after photos.

Experience & Skills:
• Cleaning experience preferred — residential housekeeping, commercial janitorial, hotel/hospitality housekeeping, or move-out/deep-clean work.
• Can follow a standard — comfortable following a checklist/scope and meeting a defined quality bar.
• A strong plus — post-construction, floor care, OSHA 10, Restoration experience or specialty experience means higher-value work and a faster path to Supervisor.

 

Requirements:
• Transportation — reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (crews travel to job sites daily, some up to an hour out).
• Eligibility — eligible to work in the U.S and able to pass our standard onboarding checks.
• Physical — able to stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods, use ladders, and lift/carry up to ~50 lbs.
• Availability — primarily daytime hours, with occasional early starts, after-hours, or Saturdays based on client needs.
