Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour to start
Probationary Period: Minimum 90 Days

About Us

A leader in outdoor technology and cellular trail camera innovation, is located in the convenient Highway 280 / I-459 corridor. Our facility houses both our Product Service Facility and the Customer Service Department, which provides technical support for customers using our trail camera products and mobile applications.

 

Position Summary

The Cellular Support Specialist serves as a technical resource for customers requiring assistance with cellular trail cameras, mobile applications, subscriptions, and account management. This position involves troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through solutions, documenting interactions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through phone and email support.

Successful candidates enjoy problem-solving, critical thinking, and helping others. Prior experience with trail cameras or hunting is not required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
