Mequon Metal Manufacturing company looking for QUALITY MANAGER!

 

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

• Ideal candidate will bring strong, hands-on manufacturing quality experience across metal fabrication, welding, assembly, machining, and paint operations.
• This leader will oversee all quality engineering, inspection, systems management and customer compliance while driving continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Must have experience managing quality teams, implementing structured quality tools, and elevating quality performance in fast paced heavy fabrication environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years of manufacturing quality experience; heavy fabrication strongly preferred

• CWI or CWE certification

• Experience in metal fabrication or OEM manufacturing

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and digital quality tools

Job Specifications:

• Pay Range: $100-125K Depending upon experience
• Shift(s): 1st shift
• Hours: 5a-1:30p M-F
