Location: Vestal, NY & Choconut, PA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM, with on-call

Pay: Starting at $25/hour, based on experience

We are seeking a reliable Building Maintenance Technician/Carpenter to maintain approximately 300 residential units across Vestal, NY and Choconut, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Complete general maintenance and repair work in occupied and vacant apartments
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Repair decks, doors, drywall, flooring, and other building components
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and lockouts
• Conduct routine property inspections and keep grounds clean and safe
• Assist with snow removal, salting, and other seasonal maintenance
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

Qualifications:

• Experience in apartment, building, or property maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and perform physical labor outdoors in all seasons
