Warehouse Associate - Receiving

Hendersonville, NC | $17.50+/hour | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Our client is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join their receiving team. If you're looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a company where employees build careers, not just collect paychecks, this could be the right fit for you.

This is a hands-on position in a busy lumber and building supply warehouse. You'll help receive deliveries, organize inventory, and keep materials moving throughout the warehouse. If you enjoy staying active and taking pride in a hard day's work, we'd love to talk with you.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting at $17.50/hour
  • Higher starting pay available for candidates with lumber yard or building supply experience
  • Monday-Friday schedule, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
  • No nights or weekends
  • PPE provided
  • $75 annual steel-toe boot allowance
  • Opportunity for permanent hire with excellent long-term stability

In This Role, You'll

  • Receive and unload incoming deliveries
  • Organize and stock warehouse inventory
  • Safely move materials using dollies and forklifts
  • Assist with inventory organization and warehouse cleanliness
  • Work as part of a team to keep daily operations running efficiently

You're a Great Fit If You Have

  • The ability to lift up to 80 pounds throughout the day
  • Steel-toe boots
  • A strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Lumber yard, building supply, warehouse, Lowe's, or Home Depot experience is a plus, but not required
  • Forklift experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person
