Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate
Location: Needham, MA
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Our client, a well-established distributor in Needham, is looking for a dependable Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join their team. This position combines local deliveries with warehouse responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Make local deliveries and pick up materials from customers, vendors, and other warehouse locations
• Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory in designated locations
• Prepare outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx, and common carriers
• Complete daily vehicle inspections, trip logs, and required documentation
• Handle returned or damaged products and process associated paperwork
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Assist customers at the counter and support other warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse and delivery experience 
• Forklift and pallet jack experience required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Current DOT Medical Card required (no CDL required)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the day
• Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic
