Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator – Flooring Installation Team
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18 – $20/hr (Depending on Experience)

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a well-established flooring company in the Fort Myers area that is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to support their busy install team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule flooring installations with customers and install crews

• Create and manage work orders for upcoming jobs

• Pull customer tickets and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure materials are ready for installation

• Act as a liaison between customers, warehouse staff, and installers to ensure seamless communication

• Track job progress and follow up on scheduling updates or changes

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or office coordination preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient with basic computer systems and software

• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
