Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator to provide full-cycle recruiting support during a temporary assignment beginning in September.

Compensation

• $28-$32/hour DOE
• Up to 40 hours per week
• Temporary assignment: September 2026 - February 2027
• 100% onsite

In This Role, You'll

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Source and screen candidates for professional and technical positions
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• Attend career fairs and recruiting events
• Maintain applicant tracking system records
• Assist with onboarding and employer branding initiatives

You're a Great Fit If You Have

• Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting professional or technical positions
• Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings while providing an exceptional candidate experience
