We're looking for an energetic and outgoing Recruiter to join our team in Scott, LA! You'll interview applicants, build relationships, and match candidates with career opportunities. We're looking for a positive, dependable, team-oriented person.
Recruit and interview applicants
Schedule candidates for assessments
Match qualified candidates with positions that fit their skills and experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants throughout the hiring process
Support ongoing hiring efforts for offshore and land-based operations
Provide excellent customer service to applicants and hiring managers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing personality with a passion for helping people
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or HR experience is a plus
$22.00-$24.00/hour, depending on experience
Quarterly recruitment bonuses averaging $800-$2,000
