Salary: $19 - $20/hr

We are urgently seeking motivated and dependable General Laborers for 1st and 2nd shifts to join our dynamic manufacturing and warehouse team in Franklin, MA.

1st shift & payrate : 6:30am - 3pm @ $19/hr

2nd shift & payrate : 1:30pm - 10pm @ $20/hr

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and vendor shipments
• Stage deliveries
• Store all products in designated locations
• Ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule
• Inspect products for defects and damages when receiving or shipping
• Obtain appropriate and authorized signatures on paperwork
• Assist in customer pickups, providing exceptional customer service
• Participate in inbound and outbound quality assurance processes
• May operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment

Qualifications:

• Hearing frequently
• Usage of hands and fingers
• Reaching with hands and arms
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Ability to manage time efficiently to ensure completion of work
• General warehouse operations
• Knowledge of the equipment and function of Powered Industrial Trucks a Plus
