Pay Rate: Starting at $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Position

A growing label manufacturing company is seeking motivated individuals to join its production team as an Assistant Press Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn a skilled trade in manufacturing. The company specializes in producing rolls of printed labels for a variety of industries.

No prior press experience is required—training will be provided. Candidates should be dependable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist press operators in the production of printed label rolls.
• Prepare materials and supplies for production runs.
• Load paper, film, and other materials onto printing equipment.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished labels for accuracy and defects.
• Package and prepare completed products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Assist with machine setup, cleanup, and basic maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
