Overview:
We are looking for a driven, personable, and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence across the East Texas market. This is a boots-on-the-ground role built for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, and closing deals. You will work directly with ownership to develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the territory — and for the right person, there is a clear path to grow within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Territory Management:

• Prospect, identify, and pursue new B2B business opportunities throughout the East Texas area
• Conduct in-person sales calls, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
• Manage and grow a pipeline of accounts across the assigned territory
• Represent the company professionally at every client touchpoint

Sales Strategy & Collaboration:

• Work closely with ownership to develop, refine, and execute a territory sales plan
• Provide regular feedback from the field to inform pricing, positioning, and product/service decisions
• Track sales activity, pipeline status, and results — reporting directly to leadership

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
• Act as the primary point of contact for accounts within the territory
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and deliver added value

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-directed with the ability to manage a territory and daily schedule independently
• Must have reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license — mileage reimbursement provided
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Familiarity with the East Texas market is a plus
