Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
 
Summary:
Provide day-to-day general shop cleaning and organization, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment across the facility.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Perform general shop cleaning including floors, machine tools, and work areas.
  • Remove trash, sweep, and operate power floor cleaning equipment.
  • Clean parts, including deburring and sanding as needed.
  • Maintain organization of tools, materials, and shop areas.
  • Conduct outdoor trash pickup and assist with light office cleaning.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Self-motivated with strong multitasking, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
