Job Details

Position: Machine Operator / Assembly
Job Type: Evaluation Hire
Location: Mauston, WI
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Work independently or as part of a small production team
• Assemble, wind, machine, clean, test, and package products
• Cross-train and rotate between multiple workstations
• Produce quality parts according to production standards
• Handle and move materials used in production
• Operate equipment including drill presses, hydraulic presses, ovens, lathes, and various hand and power tools
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and production documents
• Comfortable working with team members and occasionally interacting with customers
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Ability to frequently lift and move 10-35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
