Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a well-established and growing company in the Sparks area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a solid work ethic, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position Overview: Swing Shift 

• Pay: $20/hour to start

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM-2pm-10:30

• Location: Sparks, NV

• Work Environment: Clean, bright, and climate-controlled warehouse

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints or schematics

• Use measuring tools accurately (such as tape measures, calipers, etc.)

• Operate hand-held and electric tools with precision

• Follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards

• Work efficiently and safely in a team-focused environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in assembly, light manufacturing, or a similar hands-on role

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

• Dependable with a solid attendance record

• Ability to take direction, problem-solve, and work independently

• Comfortable using basic hand tools and reading technical drawings
