Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist for a local Credit Union in Wichita Falls, TX. This position serves as the first point of contact for members and visitors and requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
• Assist members with general inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Perform data entry and general administrative duties
• Schedule appointments and maintain office records as needed
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Support branch staff with clerical and administrative tasks
• Ensure confidentiality of member information

Requirements

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred
• Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Updated resume required
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Clean background required
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
