Pay: $13.00 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday–Friday (Part-Time)
Occasional Saturdays: As needed

Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional and customer-focused Part-Time Teller for a local Credit Union in Wichita Falls, TX. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to members while accurately processing financial transactions, maintaining cash balances, and supporting daily branch operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, cash-handling experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier's checks, and money orders
• Handle drive-through and lobby transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and balance cash drawer daily
• Process night deposits and mail deposits
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account inquiries
• Deliver exceptional customer service to members
• Assist with daily branch operations and administrative tasks
• Maintain compliance with company policies and financial procedures
• Support branch staff with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous cash-handling experience preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good math, typing, and computer skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience using office equipment and 10-key calculators preferred

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Clean background required
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
