Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians for a local apartment community in Wichita Falls, TX. This position is responsible for cleaning and preparing apartment units for new tenants, ensuring each unit meets company standards before move-in.

The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have experience with floor care equipment, and be committed to providing high-quality results in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vacant apartment units for new residents
• Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common living areas
• Operate floor care equipment, including strippers and buffers
• Clean floors, windows, appliances, fixtures, and other surfaces
• Remove debris and ensure units are move-in ready
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow all company safety procedures and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Requirements

• Experience operating floor strippers and buffers preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Clean background check required
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Ability to perform physical labor, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
