Location: Wichita Falls, TX
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers for a local metal building contractor in Wichita Falls, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the metal fabrication and construction industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication and construction, be mechanically inclined, and enjoy working in a fast-paced shop environment. This position supports the fabrication and assembly of metal building components while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the fabrication and assembly of metal building components
• Read and accurately use a tape measure
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the shop and job site
• Assist fabricators and welders with production tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and supervisor directions
• Support production schedules and daily shop operations
• Perform general labor duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous metal fabrication experience required
• Construction experience required
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the workday
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and construction environment
• Excellent work history required
• Reliable transportation
