Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate for a local electrical supply company in Wichita Falls, TX. This position combines customer service, sales support, inventory management, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, warehouse experience, and knowledge of electrical supply parts and components.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the sales counter and over the phone
• Generate accurate quotes and assist customers with product selection
• Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on electrical supply products
• Coordinate purchasing activities and monitor inventory levels
• Receive, stock, organize, pick, and ship products accurately
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
• Maintain inventory records and warehouse organization
• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Support daily warehouse and sales operations as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in counter sales, purchasing, and warehouse operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical supply parts and components required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic computer and inventory system experience
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to lift and move products as needed
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
