1st Shift Inventory Control

A local Kansas City company is looking to add an Inventory Control Associate to their company! This is an evaluation hire (potential direct placement for the right candidate), with room for advancement and growth opportunities. The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for inventory accuracy of all product in the warehouse. The Inventory Control Associate ensures cycle counts are completed timely and that inventory remains in the acceptable range per customer guidelines.

 

PAY  $19.50/hr

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Monitor product storage and ensure accuracy.

• Process inventory transactions in SAP.

• Conduct quality checks and audits.

• Coordinate international shipments and holds.

• Handle product recalls and destructions.

• Maintain warehouse organization.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards.

• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• Experience: Two (2) years’ experience in Inventory Control.
• Computer Skills: Intermediate computer or tablet skills; intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP.
