Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist for a busy and growing medical office in Wichita Falls, TX. The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented, with strong computer and communication skills. This position serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, helping create a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the daily operations of the office.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Process patient paperwork and applications accurately
• Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative duties
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Assist with office organization and general clerical support
• Help maintain clean and organized reception and waiting areas
• Cross-train and provide support to other office staff as needed

Requirements

• Previous receptionist or medical office experience preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Willingness to cross-train and support various office functions
