Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper / Laborer for a local company in Wichita Falls, TX. This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of the property while assisting with general maintenance tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will enjoy working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and take pride in maintaining a safe and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, and maintain lawns, landscaping, and outdoor areas
• Perform general groundskeeping and property upkeep duties
• Change HVAC air filters and replace light bulbs as needed
• Assist with routine maintenance and repair projects
• Remove debris and keep grounds clean and presentable
• Operate lawn care and basic maintenance equipment safely
• Report maintenance concerns or property issues to supervisors
• Support maintenance staff with additional tasks as assigned
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
• Clean background required
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong attention to detail and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
