Location: Wichita Falls, TX
Pay: $15.00–$22.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Shift: Day Shift

Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and dependable Material Handler for a local manufacturing company in Wichita Falls, TX. This position plays a critical role in supporting production operations by ensuring materials, supplies, and finished products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong focus on safety, organization, and productivity. Experience operating forklifts, cranes, and other warehouse equipment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and deliver materials and supplies to production areas as needed
• Organize and distribute materials for efficient production flow
• Maintain accurate inventory by identifying, labeling, and tracking materials
• Verify materials and supplies against production orders
• Load and unload trucks and shipments safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, overhead cranes, and other material-handling equipment
• Maintain inventory storage areas and loading docks in a clean and organized condition
• Report inventory shortages, damaged materials, or discrepancies
• Follow all workplace safety regulations and company procedures
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred
• Forklift operating experience required; certification is a plus
• Experience with overhead cranes is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials regularly
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
