Electrician Apprentices & Journeymen Needed – Per Diem + Overtime Available

Location: Remote job site (500-acre field environment)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6–7 days/week (rotating days off)

Pay & Benefits

• Apprentices: $20–$30/hour
• Journeymen: $30–$40/hour
  (Pay may be adjusted slightly based on experience and availability.)
• Per Diem: $50/day
• Lodging: Fully covered (2 workers per room, 2 queen beds)
• RV Option: Assistance with campsite rental fees for those bringing campers

Job Responsibilities

• Termination of panels, transformers, and RV pedestals
• Build racks and install electrical panels
• Set transformers
• Pull CIC (Cable-in-Conduit; PVC with pre-installed wiring)
• Manage small crews (2–5 workers) (Journeyman-level)
• Layout service pads
• Label panels
• Install pole-mounted lighting fixtures

Work Environment

• Outdoor project in a large, open 500-acre site
• Conditions may be challenging, including:
  • High winds
  • High temperatures
• Safety is a priority; heat conditions have been present on-site

Schedule Details

• Currently working 12-hour days, 6 days per week
• Project may require 7-day coverage
• Crews are split and rotated to ensure fairness:
  • Alternating Saturdays and Sundays off
  • If you’re off Saturday one week, you’ll be off Sunday the next
