Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional and experienced Front Desk Receptionist for a well-established law firm in Wichita Falls, TX. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and must demonstrate exceptional customer service, professionalism, reliability, and discretion in a legal office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
• Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation
• Assist attorneys and office staff with clerical and administrative tasks
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain confidential client and case information
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and visitors

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or administrative office experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Previous legal office experience is a plus but not required
