Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a local fabrication company in Wichita Falls, TX. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including forklift operation, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and material handling. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to safely load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse and yard
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy
• Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organize warehouse stock
• Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience preferred
• Forklift experience required
• Valid driver's license required
• Clean driving record required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
