Location: Wichita Falls, TX
Pay: $13.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM

Job Overview

A local fabrication shop is seeking motivated Entry-Level Welders to join its team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with basic welding experience who are looking to develop their skills and build a long-term career in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic Flux Core and Wire Welding (45° welding experience preferred)
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures
• Assist with fabrication and production projects
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Basic Flux Core and/or Wire Welding experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
