Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM
Shift: Day Shift
Hours: 65+ hours per week

Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician for a local manufacturing company in Wichita Falls, TX. This is a hands-on position for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining and repairing production equipment, forklifts, cranes, vehicles, and shop machinery. We are looking for a dependable team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to keep operations running efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 110V, 240V, 277V, and 480V systems
• Maintain and repair overhead cranes and lifting equipment
• Service and repair forklifts, including gas and diesel-powered units
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and components
• Perform maintenance on company vehicles, including cars and trucks
• Repair and maintain shop equipment such as presses, brakes, shears, and other fabrication machinery
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with overhead crane maintenance and repair preferred
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and heavy equipment repair
• Forklift repair experience (gas and diesel) preferred
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical manuals
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work overtime and a demanding schedule as needed
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
