Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Saturday | 5:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hours: 65+ hours per week with additional overtime opportunities available

Job Overview

A local manufacturing company is seeking Stainless Steel Grinder Operators to join its growing team. Candidates with grinding, metal fabrication, manufacturing, or machine operation experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding equipment to finish and polish stainless steel components
• Set up and adjust machines according to job specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and surface finish
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain equipment and perform routine cleaning and lubrication
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Record production data and report any equipment or product concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous grinding, fabrication, manufacturing, or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle metal materials safely
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production equipment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
