Position: Warehouse Associate
Schedule: Full-Time (Hours Vary)
Pay: Based on Experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and bilingual Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and customers. This position involves receiving, organizing, stocking, and shipping materials while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred but not required).

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers in both English and Spanish.

• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Forklift experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.

• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift.

• Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
