Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, high-energy, and experienced Order Selector to join our warehouse team. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting orders, building secure pallets, and preparing goods for shipment. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of dependability, thrives in a night-shift environment, and possesses hands-on experience with voice-directed picking systems.

Schedule & Compensation

• Shift: Sunday through Thursday

• Hours: 7:00 PM – Completion (Night Shift)

• Status: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately select warehouse orders using VoCollect (voice-directed picking technology).

• Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack safely to navigate the warehouse and transport goods.

• Build, wrap, and tag stable, well-constructed pallets to ensure safe transit.

• Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy standards.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse order selecting experience.

• Technology: Proven, hands-on experience using VoCollect or similar voice-picking systems is required.

• Equipment: Certified or highly proficient in operating an electric pallet jack (required).

• Bonus Skill: Experience operating a Cherry Picker / Order Picker is a strong plus.

• Dependability: Exceptional attendance and punctuality are absolute musts for this role.

• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift, and stand/walk for extended periods.
