Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Production Assembler to fill a 1st shift opening in Warren County for a local manufacturing company. This position, internally known as a Mica Band Shaper, is responsible for shaping, forming, and assembling components used in the manufacturing process.

Primary Responsibilities

• Shape and form mica band components according to production specifications and work instructions
• Assemble components and prepare materials for the next stage of production
• Operate hand tools, forming equipment, and other production tools safely and efficiently
• Measure and inspect materials and finished components for accuracy and quality
• Follow detailed work instructions to ensure products meet company and customer specifications
• Identify and report defective materials or quality concerns
• Maintain production pace while ensuring accuracy and consistent workmanship
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
• Assist with additional production and assembly duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and production specifications
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks as required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team

Pay: $17/hr (Benefit Package Available)
