Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) – Full-Time

Schedule:  7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Achedule might vary depending on business needs.

As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in connecting qualified candidates with local businesses while providing exceptional service to both our clients and associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, interview, and onboard candidates for a variety of positions

• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews

• Complete new hire paperwork and onboarding processes

• Match qualified candidates with client job opportunities

• Coordinate employee schedules and dispatch associates to job assignments

• Build and maintain strong relationships with associates and client companies

• Provide ongoing support to employees throughout their assignments

• Assist with employee transportation when business needs require

• Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach efforts

• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish 

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Positive attitude with the ability to build relationships quickly

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Valid California driver's license and reliable personal transportation

• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and rotating weekends

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
