What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Communicate repair recommendations and solutions with customers
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous HVAC service experience required
• Experience servicing residential and commercial HVAC equipment
• EPA Certification required (Universal preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments
