Our client is seeking a customer-focused Counter Sales Professional to provide exceptional service and support to landscape and irrigation professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and order placement.
• Process sales transactions and prepare quotes.
• Answer customer inquiries in person and by phone.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain product knowledge and support branch sales goals.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Landscape, irrigation, construction, or distribution experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
