Production Line Technician (Temporary) – $20.00/Hour

Location: South Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Assignment Length: Approximately 3 Months (Temporary Assignment)

 

Express Employment Professionals is hiring 4 Production Line Technicians for an immediate temporary project beginning July 20, 2026

This is an excellent opportunity to additional manufacturing experience while working a consistent four-day workweek.

 

We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing experience is required. 

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble production line equipment and components

• Use basic handheld tools safely and effectively

• Support production line setup and changeovers as needed

• Follow safety procedures and quality standards

• Assist in different areas of the production line based on business needs

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Stand and work on your feet throughout the entire shift

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience (entry level or experienced)

• Basic knowledge of handheld tools

• Ability to assemble and disassemble production line parts

• Ability to stand for the full workday

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Requirements

• Must successfully pass a 7-year criminal background check

• Must pass a 10-panel drug screening
