Accounts Payable Specialist 

Location: Sharonville, OH 

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: $20-22 an hour 

Job Duties: 

• Processed and matched vendor invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports
• Audited expense reports and coded transactions to appropriate accounts
• Verified pricing and resolved invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal departments
• Maintained vendor accounts and responded to vendor inquiries
• Prepared accounts payable reports and maintained financial records
• Reconciled accounts and monitored invoices through the approval process

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Previous experience with Accounts Payable is required
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications
• Familiarity with database management and data entry principles
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and recordkeeping skills
