Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking hardworking and dependable individuals for Municipal Mowing and Landscaping positions. Team members will help maintain city properties, parks, public grounds, and rights-of-way through mowing, trimming, landscaping, and general grounds maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial mowers, weed eaters, edgers, and other landscaping equipment
• Mow and maintain parks, medians, public facilities, and municipal properties
• Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges as needed
• Plant flowers, trees, and other landscaping materials
• Remove debris and keep grounds clean and attractive
• Perform basic landscaping and irrigation maintenance
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Work effectively as part of a team in outdoor environments

Qualifications

• Previous mowing, landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate lawn and landscaping equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical labor
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Municipal, parks, or commercial landscaping experience is a plus
