Job Title: Administrative & Marketing Coordinator
City and State: West Dundee, IL
Pay Rate: 18 - 22/hr
Schedule/Shift: 8am-5pm Monday- Friday
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Summary:
Support daily operations for a commercial real estate office by assisting with marketing materials, listings management, and administrative tasks. This role combines creative work with organizational support to help maintain accurate property information and effective marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
  • Create marketing brochures for commercial properties and upload listings to relevant platforms
  • Prepare and process invoices, contracts, and related documentation
  • Create and update floor plans for property listings
  • Review and assist in improving marketing campaigns
  • Perform general administrative duties, including updating and removing listings
Qualifications:
  • Experience with administrative support, marketing, or real estate-related tasks preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design or layout software (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
