Warehouse / Material Handler – Short Term Assignment
Salem, OR | Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Approx. 2–3 Week Project
$21.00/hr

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals for a fast-paced warehouse/material handling role supporting container unloading and distribution center operations.

Job Duties Include:

• Unloading products off containers
• Hand stacking product onto pallets for forklift movement
• Material handling and staging product throughout the facility
• Using pallet jacks to move materials, including upstairs areas
• Operating electric forklifts (stand-up and sit-down) as assigned
• Assisting with automated shrink wrapping processes
• Possible use of RF scanning gun for inventory tracking
• General warehouse and DC support tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Forklift experience preferred (stand-up and sit-down electric forklifts)
• Must be willing to assist off forklift initially (not immediately on equipment)
• Ability to lift, move, and stack product throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Assignment Details:

• Temporary assignment: approximately 2–3 weeks
• Full-time hours with 1-hour lunch
• Monday–Friday schedule
